Meet Joel Schipper

He is currently the Head Baseball Coach at Calvin University. His energy, recruiting connections, understanding of the game of baseball and burning desire to compete set him apart. His philosophy of the game center around family and 4 pillars: Grit, Gratitude, Kaizen and Mudita.
